Committed Cat-Sitting Service
My name is Amy and I am a 31-year-old Swedish/English/American gal based in Elephant and Castle. Some of my hobbies include documentary filmmaking, cooking, thrift shopping, and hanging out with my senior cat, Romeo!
I've been registered with Cat In A Flat since 2019 and had some fantastic experiences with loads of cats as well as their owners. Cat-sitting is something I enjoy combining with my full-time job of being a site supervisor for a cinema chain. As it is a hospitality role, I tend to work a wide variety of shift patterns but my most common one would be 9:00 - 17:00.
I always try to be an organised cat sitter. In staying mindful that all cats have different personalities, I always lead by example when meeting with owners and discussing their cats’ likes and dislikes. My experience with cat-sitting includes the basics of feeding, emptying litter boxes, letting in and out of the house, brushing etc. I also have experience administering medication to cats in pill form, so always happy to consider that. My own cat has a thyroid condition that he needs daily medication for.
In addition to doing my best to ensure you come home to a happy cat, I will make sure to leave your residence clean and tidy. I greatly prioritise the importance of updating owners on a regular basis with texts and photos, and any concerns I might have in the cats' behaviour. I am happy to catsit on weekends and holidays, but ask that any requests please include what times (roughly) you would like your visits, so that I can make sure I can commit to them around my fluctuating work hours.
