About Me
Experienced mature cat sitter, DBS checked and insured
Previous experience: I have worked at a kennels and cattery where they bred British short haired cats. I have worked at Pet shops and also a groomers. I completed a National Diploma in Animal Care at Rodbaston College for which I received a Distinction. I have a DBS and an insured. I have had cats all my life, currently I have two beautiful boys of my own.
I feel animals are happiest at home with their routines followed, especially cats, having worked in a cattery I have seen first hand how many cats really struggle with the noises, smells, enclosed space and alien environment.
Home boarding and top end catteries can offer lovely pet hotel accommodation, but it's not home.
In my experience the least upheaval when their owners are away on holiday is having someone stay with them.
It can be daunting when you have someone in your home, that's why so much of my work comes from referral and I have so many recommendations on social media.
I meet you and your cat/cats before the sit and again when I pick up the key.
A bonus with having someone stop in your home is it looking lived in, curtains and blinds opened, bins put out, plants watered.
I look after all your pets, furry, scaled, gilled, feathered, hairy or shelled for the same price as one pet.
I send lots of pictures and updates on your fur babies if requested.
I'm fully insured and DBS checked for your piece of mind. National Diploma in Animal Care with Distinction and twenty years experience working with animals.
I offer cat home visits, feed, fuss, play, litter change.
Every cat is different and has different needs, I arrange a meet and greet to meet you and your cat/s and discuss your requirements.
I always have Dreamies and my trusty laser pen for cat visits and will find out what your cat enjoys most when I visit to discuss your requirements.
