Friendly and experienced kitty sitting 😺

Meowdy! My name is Mardi and I’ve been caring for cats for almost 40 years now. From my first cat McTavish when I was 7 to the six cats I currently live with at home, my whole world revolves around my feline friends.

Over the years I have fostered cats for Cats Protection League, Safe Haven Egypt and Clan McCat, as well as performing kitty and house sitting duties for many friends.

All of my cats at home are rescues from the streets of Egypt and include two blind boys and a girl with Cerebellar Hypoplasia. Caring after special needs cats has been an absolute pleasure, challenging at times but always rewarding. I of course love all of them equally, they are my pride and joy ^_^

My other interests include making music, watching movies and cooking for my family.

Through fostering I’ve learned to be very perceptive to the needs of each cat, am great at reading their body language and i’m able to use this to break the ice with a cat without them feeling overwhelmed or defensive.

I love to play with cats and understand that each kitty plays differently and reacts differently to play and I love figuring out what makes your wee hunter tick.

I’m comfortable with administering medication, cleaning up any mess and catering to any other needs your wee fella has. My top priority is that every cat is happy and healthy.

Services include: * A good amount of play and cuddle time, kitty permitting (and as long as you’re comfortable with)

• Feeding routines specified by you

• Daily cleaning of food and water bowls

• Daily poopy scooping

• Regular photos and updates

• Walking with harness by request

• Plant watering as needed

• Ensuring your property is safe and secure

• I’m really just doing this to hang out with your cat
