Helen was fantastic. She’s very kind and gentle and our two cats really enjoyed their time with her. She sent photos and updates each day which was fabulous and on days when she thought they would enjoy the outdoors she suggested a second visit to enable this. I would definitely recommend.

She was really patient with our shy cat, Mr Pickles, who doesn’t usually emerge for strangers. Helen was so patient with him and eventually he came out of his shell which was just lovely to see.

We were extremely pleased with Helen. Our cat Dobby is normally very wary with strangers, but from the first time Helen came to see us our concerns went away as Dobby took to her immediately (probably helped by being given treats!). Helen kept us updated with photos via WhatsApp, and we would not hesitate to recommend her.

My second time using Helen, and she was fantastic again. I was away for nearly 2 weeks and was running low on food by the end, and Helen went out to buy Arthur’s favourite for him. Helen really cares about your cats welfare, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her

Helen is as good as the reviews say. She really takes the time to adapt to your cat and get to know them. Arthur is nervous of strangers which made me nervous of leaving him with anyone, but by day 2 he looked happy and chilled in all the photos. A great relief and weight off my mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Helen again.

Helen was a very good cat sitter. She came round to explain everything and meet smokey, our cat. While we were away she sent us daily updates and photographs and clearly spent a lot of time playing with smokey and looking after him. We were very happy with her, and more importantly smokey seemed to be too :)

Helen was fantastic. She met both Bonnie & Elvis prior to watching them and I knew they’d get on well. I received plenty of photos while I was away and they both looked chilled out and relaxed. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Helen round again.

Helen was absolutely great with our cat Moo. She came and met Moo before so that she got to know her and also asked about what else we needed. She gave us constant updates about Moo with plenty of photos. She even came round an extra time just to check that Moo was ok as she was worried about her. Helen is my trusted cat sitter and I have booked her more times than I can count. She is great at updating me and sending pictures and videos. She is definitely a cat lover and I think she enjoys hanging out with Ziggy (almost) as much as I do. I would absolutely recommend her!

Helen was the best cat sitter we could hope for! The kittens were clearly very well looked after, we got plenty of lovely pictures of them during our weekend away and they seemed very happy and well looked after when we got back. It’s also really nice having someone from the local area who clearly loves cats coming in to your home and looking after them. I would recommend her to anyone!

This is the second time I've used Helen to look after my cat Minnie while I've been away from home. I liked the updates on what Minnie was up to. I particularly appreciate that Helen adapts to Minnie's mood and will play with her when she wants it but leave her be if she's in one of her I want to be alone moods. Helen also disposed of a dead mouse that Minnie had despatched, which I was very pleased about!

It's the first time I've used a cat sitter. Helen is clearly a cat person who had my cat Minnie, the feline equivalent of a moody teenager, lying in her arms purring her head off shortly after meeting her. Helen took the time to engage with Minnie and play with her on her visits. The photos I received showed me Minnie was very relaxed and happy around Helen and clearly was not missing me in the slightest. You need to bear in mind that Helen may have other cats at various locations in east London that she needs to visit, but she was very accommodating when discussing timings of visits. I'm going on holiday at the end of July and Minnie will be pleased to know I'll be asking for Helen to look after her again.

We were very happy to have Helen look after us while our mum and dad went off without us. She visited us twice a day, insisted on taking lots of pics of us to send to our folks(they are so demanding our parents) . The good part was lots of TLC, food and treats which we like very much. Helen looked after our two cats Alice and Rose over the weekend and we're really pleased. We came home to two very happy girls! Helen was really easy to communicate with, and was great with both of the cats. She sent us a photo of them every day that we were away which we loved. Thanks Helen!

Helen was wonderful with our cat Juno. Juno can be shy with strangers but Helen had a real way with her and our cat took to her immediately. Helen was reliable & quick to respond to messages, even though our booking was quite late notice. The twice daily photos & updates she sent made me feel reassured that Juno was having a good time, which is just what I needed. She had excellent attention to detail. We have come home to a very happy & relaxed cat. An excellent service, would recommend to anyone in the area & we will definitely ask Helen again next time we go on holiday!
