As a dedicated cat lover with hands-on experience in feline care, I would make an excellent cat sitter. I’m a second-year university student and work part-time at TK Maxx, allowing me flexible availability to care for pets. My passion for cats deepened when I rescued three abused kittens, including my own cat, Mittens, who was only five weeks old at the time. I took on the responsibility of defleaing, bathing, feeding, and nursing them back to health before ensuring they all found loving homes. Mittens, who has swimmer’s syndrome and is partially blind, continues to thrive under my care. My experience with both healthy and special-needs cats has given me patience, attentiveness, and a deep understanding of feline behavior, making me a reliable and compassionate cat sitter.

As a cat sitter, I offer attentive and loving care tailored to each cat’s needs. This includes feeding, cleaning litter trays, playtime, cuddles, and plenty of attention to ensure they feel comfortable and happy while their owners are away. If requested, I can also arrange playdates with my own friendly and social cat, Mittens. Playdates can be a great way for cats to engage in healthy socialization, burn off energy, and prevent loneliness, especially for playful or sociable cats who enjoy feline companionship.
