Jeanne definitely deserves a 5 star rating. We were a bit anxious about leaving our cat for two weeks but Jeanne has been an absolute star. She sent photos and a short video every day and we could see how relaxed our cat was with her. He's a fussy, picky eater and Jeanne dealt with him superbly. We returned home to a very chilled cat. First time using a cat sitter, Jeanne was great and put us (and the cat) at ease on the initial meet. Our boy is an ex feral who has his quirks, she was completely understanding. She took great care of him while we were away and gave us plenty of updates. Mr Frosty seems very happy despite us having left him at home

This was the third time Jeanne sat for our two fur babies and I cannot recommend her highly enough ... I miss our two terribly when we are away, but they are well cared for and safe in Jeanne's hands. She stays at least an hour giving cuddles to Rosie and supervising Sidney outside; he loves the garden, but cannot be trusted not to eat the flowers! We arrive home to a clean and tidy house, she even took the wheelie bin up the lane to be emptied ... above and beyond service that cannot be faulted :)

Jeanne took great care of Sandy while we were away - feeding him, playing, entertaining him (sending us photos!), snuggling, grooming him, and also reassuring us that the house was OK. We highly recommend her. (I think he hopes that we will now match her standards!)

This was the first time I'd had a pet sitter come in just to feed our cats; normally someone would come and stay. However, Jeanne did way more than 'just' feed Rosie and Sidney! She spent time with them, sending me twice daily updates, giving long cuddles ... and even swept up the trail of cat litter Sidney paddles around the house! I cannot recommend Jeanne enough; she is very calm, highly efficient and clearly loves cats ... and our two certainly seemed to love her.

All went wonderfully again – we met a very contented cat on our return.

Jeanne was wonderful! We needed her to check in on our two kitties during a long weekend. She came over a few days early to collect the key and meet the kitties. Throughout our trip, she sent us regular updates with pictures and videos of them playing. You can tell she really loves cats and has the perfect calming presence to keep them happy while we were away. We will definitely be asking her to check in on them again when we're away in the future :)

Couldn’t have asked for a better Cat Sitter, Bailey was very relaxed and settled when we came back. Almost as though we hadn’t been away. Pictures sent over while we were away were also a lovely addition. We will definitely be asking Jeanne to look after Bailey again, thanks again!

Jeanne took care of Willow whilst we were away overnight and we came home to a very happy cat. Whilst we were away we were sent some beautiful photos to help reassure us. Willow warmed to Jeanne straight away which was great as she is a timid cat and doesn’t usually take to people she doesn’t know. Would certainly ask Jeanne to look after Willow again.

Jeanne was an absolutely perfect cat sitter! We have two cats who really don’t do well at catteries outside the home and they’re a bit finicky about who visits them and if they spend time. Usually when we get back from a trip they’re grasping at the door for company - after Jeanne care for them for four days, they were wandering around relaxed as can be when we walked in! She worked so well with us to meet them beforehand, understand their habits, and ensure she played with them at each visit. She’s a natural cat person and we cannot wait to have her back every time she’s available!
