After meeting Caroline we felt confident leaving our Mini in her care. She sent us pictures and videos and we could see Mini accepted and liked Caroline as well. You can feel the love she has for animals.

Caroline was brilliant. She made us feel so comfortable in the way she interacted with Gizmo when she first met her (Gizmo can be rather grumpy!) and took such good care of her throughout. She sent us photos and videos at regular intervals, which really put our minds at rest, and even went above and beyond in dealing with a problem in our house.

Caroline is my go-to sitter in emergencies whenever they occur, this is the second time Caroline has looked after Kiki and there is no one else I would trust to take care of her. 

Leaving Kiki is normally incredibly hard for me as I am an anxious cat mum, I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed being away as I knew Caroline was taking such good care of her. She was incredibly patient and reassuring that Kiki was okay, and sent photos and a detailed message after each visit. Caroline also was proactive and informed me that the litter was running low, allowing me the time to get more before we ran out. 

Caroline also reacted appropriately when I informed her that I am in a “high risk” category, she attended every day wearing a mask, which was incredibly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend and use Caroline in the future, thank you again for taking such good care of Kiki! 

Caroline was amazing when looking after my cats - even the 2 very shy ladies came out of hiding and enjoyed some cuddles. I received loads of updates and pictures which really put my mind at ease after not being away from home for more than a year. Came home to very happy and relaxed cats - would absolutely recommend Caroline and will book again for the next holiday :-)

On a bank holiday weekend I was unexpectedly hospitalised and required emergency surgery, I desperately was trying to find a suitable sitter on a Friday afternoon to ensure my little one would be looked after.

Caroline replied quickly and with compassion about my situation, she made the whole process incredibly easy allowing me to focus on my health. She listened and reacted appropriately to my cat's needs and kept me informed daily on how she was doing. I can thank Caroline enough she made the weekend stress free as I had every confidence that the care my cat was receiving was outstanding, I will most definitely be using her again in the future.

Great cat sitter - provides daily updates on how your furry friend is managing and our little Smudge was suffering from cystitis, Caroline was really helpful in giving her medication etc. Will book again!
