About Me
Peyton’s Purr and Paws
Working at an animal hospital has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me. Each day brings new opportunities to make a difference in the lives of animals and their owners, whether it's assisting in their care, ensuring they feel comfortable, or supporting them through challenges. It’s taught me a great deal about compassion, teamwork, and the importance of paying attention to every detail to ensure the best possible outcomes for our furry patients.
Though I’ve never owned a cat myself, I’ve grown to absolutely adore them. My girlfriend has three cats, and every time I visit her weekly, I’m always excited to help look after them. Spending time with them—feeding, playing, or just sitting quietly while they curl up nearby—has deepened my appreciation for their unique personalities and quirks. They’ve shown me how fulfilling it can be to care for such independent yet affectionate companions. It's safe to say that these three cats have won my heart, and I look forward to every moment I get to spend with them!
I’ve had plenty of experience with cat sitting, not just for daily visits but also for longer periods when the owner is away on holiday. During these times, I’ve not only taken care of the cats - feeding, playing, and ensuring their comfort - but I’ve also looked after the owner’s home, keeping it clean and leaving it in great condition for their return. What I truly enjoy most about cat sitting is spending time building a bond with each cat. I take the time to understand their unique personalities, whether it’s through play, cuddles, or simply being a calming presence. It’s so rewarding to see them become more comfortable and trusting, and it makes the experience incredibly fulfilling for me as well as reassuring for their owners.
