Jen was amazing! Boo is typically shy with new people but with Jen she felt right at home and even let her pet/play with her. Jen was super flexible when we couldn’t do an in person visit before the cat sitting, and was happy to do a video call to go through where everything was. I would rebook Jen in a heartbeat!

It was our first experience using Cat in a Flat and we couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter! Jen is really friendly and was accommodating with our cat care asks. Jen was absolutely fab. Very diligent and easy to communicate with, and she sent lots of pictures of Socks. We felt very reassured that Socks was in good hands whilst we were away. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Jen again.

Jen took care of our cat for 5 weeks and we couldn't be happier ! She came extra times, spent a lot of times bonding and cuddling with Nova, and she made sure to send us pictures and news regularly. It was really stressful to leave our cat for so long but she was so pampered with Jen that we found her happy and relaxed when we came home. Jen was fantastic! We usually put Klaus in a cattery so was initially anxious about leaving him alone but Jen was very reassuring and sent me daily updates with photos/videos. We came home to one happy cat! We will definitely book her next time we go away, couldn't recommend her enough!

Jennifer was absolutely fantastic. I went on holiday for 2 weeks (the longest holiday since 2001!) and was really anxious about leaving the cats, and possibly even more anxious about leaving my large garden and all its watering requirements. Jennifer was really understanding and kept in touch a lot, letting me know how the cats were, sending photos, and reassuring me that everything was ok. She really went the extra mile by not only watering the garden but also harvesting a huge number of tomatoes for me! I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday, and returned to happy, safe cats. I will definitely book Jennifer again.

Jen was great. We had regular updates with photos, & Nero was a very happy boy when we got home. Have booked her again for our next holiday.

On our return from a long weekend away, Buddy told us Jen is an excellent sitter and they are now besties! Buddy enjoyed the daily visits for food top ups and bonus play time, while we enjoyed the daily photo updates. Very easy to organise and no stress!

Whenever I book Jen, I know that my cats are going to be very well looked after and it's going to be easy to arrange keys, etc. And my most recent experience did not disappoint.

Jen is a fantastic sitter! It helps that my cats have taken a real shine to her. She always communicates within a reasonable timeframe and accommodates all reasonable requests. We came home to happy cats who had clearly done enough running around while we'd been away, as well as the essentials (eating and drinking enough, finding the litter tray in an acceptable state).

Jennifer took great care of our cats and sent us photos and little updates while we were away which was very much appreciated. The cats were happy and healthy when we got home after a couple of weeks away.
