Heather takes great care of The Pack. We love the voice notes of purrs and videos of them playing. They’ve all become very comfortable with her and were very relaxed when we got home.

When we first met Heather asked lots of sensible and thoughtful questions that really put our mind at ease. While we were away she sent updates, photos and even some little voice notes of purrs. She managed an unfortunate poop in the bath situation without stress and left everything so neat and tidy. The cats seemed relaxer when we got home. 😻😻😻

Heather was great! After a few initial communication hiccups, she not only proved herself to be very reliable and responsible- also stoical when one of my two cats brought in a dead mouse, and then the other brought in a dead pigeon, covering the flat in feathers, all of which she cleared away. My cats showed her muc affection, even the timid one!

Heather was great. She communicated with us daily when we were away and sent us pics. We came home to happy and relaxed cats. Will definitely book her again.

I can’t thank Heather enough for looking after our cat Khaleesi. She did such a brilliant job. Heather sent daily updates and pictures, which really made me feel less anxious on holiday. Usually Khaleesi is quite stressed when we go away, but with Heather she looked completely relaxed and happy.
