Hello! I’m Bess, a lifelong cat lover with over 15 years of experience caring for cats. I’m now living in the UK with my family and four beloved indoor cats, all of whom made the journey with us from Hong Kong—where our cat journey truly began.

Before moving to the UK, I was actively involved in rescuing and caring for stray cats in Hong Kong. I’ve raised my own cats from tiny kittens into healthy, happy adults, and I see them as part of our family. Our home is a peaceful and pet-loving space, where my daughter has grown up alongside our cats, learning from a young age how to respect and love animals.

I understand that every cat is different—some need quiet companionship, others love playtime or cuddles, and some may need special care. I offer home visits where I will stay at least 30 minutes each time to ensure your cat feels safe, calm, and loved. I’m happy to help with feeding, litter cleaning, brushing, administering medication (if needed), or simply being present for comfort and company.

You’ll receive updates with photos and messages after each visit, so you can feel reassured while you’re away. I’m punctual, gentle, and committed to treating your pet like one of my own. I can communicate comfortably in either Cantonese or English, depending on your preference.

While I specialise in cat care, I also have hands-on experience looking after other small animals—including dogs, rabbits 🐰, turtles 🐢, birds 🦜, and reptiles 🦎. I truly enjoy being around animals of all kinds, and I’m always happy to adapt to each pet’s unique needs and personality.
