South Manchester Cat Sitter - no cat too big or too small!

Hi, I'm Rob and I love cats.

I'm a very experienced cat owner and I'm really good at taking care of them. I'm also really humble.

I've grown up around cats. I'm originally from the North of Scotland and my childhood cats Smokie & Sassie were 'domesticated' farm cats, so I'm used to tricky outdoor cats. My parents currently have a cat called Sandi (apparently they love 'S' names) who is part Scottish Wildcat - so I REALLY know how to deal with difficult customers with love.

I live with my partner in South Manchester and we have a rescued Siberian Forest Cat called Romeo - an absolute unit who is a very precious young man.

I have cat-sat all across the United States and Canada and I'm used to caring for long-hairs, short-hairs, indoor cats, outdoor cats and specialist breeds (including Siberians, Bengals, farm-cats etc). I have experience administering medication, dealing with fussy eaters and I have a very limited sense of smell - so litter trays mean nothing to me.

Outside of my cat life I work in safeguarding for a children's charity and I'm very experienced in working with people respectfully, being punctual and keeping to routines.

I am very happy to offer the following:

• day drop ins (including multiple visits throughout the day)
• feeding, including wet/dry/special diets
• cleaning out litter trays
• playtime (obvs)
• administering medication (pills, liquids etc)
• taking pictures of your cat in humorous poses (little outfits not provided)
• being on hand to chat and reassure you that your cat is fine

I will primarily cover the South Manchester area, but please do let me know where you are based and we can figure it out!

I mainly work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can create a visit plan that works for you and your cat.
