Pedigree owner, huge cat enthusiast, trainer and artist!

Hi there! I'm a 29yr old animator and artist, and huge cat enthusiast! I grew up with cats, and currently have my own 1yr old registered cornish rex, who is a delightful handful. By day I'm a freelance animator, and by night I'm drawing, painting, and reading about cats! I've been in love with them from a young age, and have been very interested in their biology and behaviour. I've taught my own cat tricks, and he's been harness trained.

I've had experience with cats from all ages and personalities, from energetic kittens, to seniors who need a gentle approach and an extra bit of TLC. I can provide interactive hunter-stimulating play, grooming, and I also have minor experience in administering medication if needed. I can also just be a quiet calm presence for those who are shy or anxious.

My own cat is a very high energy breed, who I've enriched with training. He's learned sit, come, spin, paw, and to enter and sit inside his carrier. He's also harness trained, and is in the midst of adventure cat training (walking with a harness outside). All this training has taught me a lot about feline body language, and learning to read and understand them better. With this I'm confident to approach any cat, and understand what they may need, whether that's a quiet companion or a playful friend.

I've also spent many an hour researching feline nutrition and grain-free foods available in UK and EU, and can provide a bit of help with that if needed.

Im regards to other animals, I'm happy to cater to anything, as I'm a huge enthusiast for anything zoological! However I've only personally had experience with rodents, specifically rats, who were much beloved pets to who I provided high quality enrichment and interactive play. For birds and reptiles, I've read a lot about their care, but haven't had hands-on care with them.
