Cats near King's Cross!

My name is Claudia, and I'm a neuroscience researcher and PhD student based in the heart of King's Cross. Due to the nature of my job, my working hours are more flexible than most, so I can be available for daily drop ins to make sure your fluffy friend is happy and healthy :)

I am 'three cats old', and as such have been around them my whole life! My first cat Pisegu was an affectionate but dignified older lady who lived to the grand old age of 20. She loved when you sat crossed legged on the floor, because it provided a perfect hole for her to snuggle up in :D My second cat Tiramisu was tough and fiercely independent, loving nothing more than to run and jump around. She would never clamber on you, but if she liked you enough she was content to sit vaguely in your vicinity :) She sadly passed away in December 2024, aged 16. I currently have a wonderful 1 year old called Minetta (see profile pic), whose love for affection and scratches is only rivalled by her obsession with Dreamies.

From my experience, one of the best things you can do as a cat lover is meet them exactly where they're at. As much as we humans have varied personalities, experiences, and interests, so do they! As a sitter, I would hope to match your lovely pet's energy.

I am happy to do daily (or twice daily) drop-ins for food, fresh water, litter tray cleaning, playtime and cuddles (if it's something your cat enjoys!) and administration of medication. Of course, I will be sending updates and pictures!

I would be able to do drop-ins in the mornings (between 7-9am), lunchtimes (between 12-1pm) and evenings (between 6-8pm). I am happy to help with overnight stays on weekends too.
