The Cat’s Paw-Jamas

My name is Charlotte and I live with my husband Doug in Raynes Park in South West London. I work as an Architect in Teddington. I’m from New Zealand, and Doug is from Cheshire.

Doug and I both love animals, but don’t currently have any pets of our own, but like looking after our friends’ animals whenever we can.

I grew up with cats - Pussy, a grey and white tuxedo cat who slept on my pillow (he was a big cat, there was no pillow left!) and used to hide in the letterbox and try and swipe anyone who tried to get to the letters! He was a lovely, patient cat who put up with a lot from my brother and me.

Sylvia, as little as Pussy was large, was a black and white tuxedo cat. She was super cheeky, loved jumping in windows (or any other opening) rather than using her cat flap, chatting to you and attempting to get closer and closer to the fire in winter despite the extreme heat!

Flexible on services - happy to feed, clean water bowls, sort litter trays, and administer medicines that don’t require special skill. Patting and playing with the cat(s), brushing or keeping them company.

Can also do post collection, bins and similar as needed. Doug might come sometimes to see the cats, or be my backup if I got stuck on my way home from work - don’t want any cats waiting for their dinners!
