Hi!

My name is Maureen and live in Newington Green with my cats Ryo and saki. I also recently said goodbye to my long term furry friend of 18 years Lola... I have spent all my life caring for cats - they are a constant source of joy for me.

I work from home and have been taking care of neighborhood pets for a couple of years via cat in a flat. I would be more than happy to take care of your precious cat(s) in your absence - catering to all their needs, providing daily photos, and anything else you may require.

We can arrange some time for me to come visit and find out what your cats would need from me whilst you are away :)

    Maureen was an absolute pleasure to deal with and put us totally at ease. This is the first time we have left Ziggy and used Cat in a Flat, so we were quite nervous. She really reassured us with daily photos and videos and he really took to her. She went above and beyond tidying up when he had a stomach upset and also managed to break into his food bag and leave a mess. Would definitely recommend and will happily ask Maureen to look after him again.

    I have never been so relaxed spending time away from the cats. Maureen was a wonderful cat sitter. Our minds were completely put to rest five minutes after her first visit when our normally suspicious cats responded so well to her presence. Maureen genuinely cares for all animals and has a lot of experience with cats and cat rescue. She is also soundly practical and I felt confident that she would be able for any medical emergency as one of our cats suffers from an auto-immune disorder. Luckily no problems arose during our absence . Maureen sent us text updates with lovely photos and videos every time she visited and we arrived home to two relaxed, well-fed cats. We will definitely be calling Maureen again. Highly recommended.
