Loving local kitty care in Wandsworth

Hello there 👋

I’m Pippa, a thirty-something Wandsworth local that grew up with cats as my first love!

By day, I work in corporate comms & sustainability for a beauty company. As my team are international, I mainly work from home and am fairly flexible with my day. I’m very active and love my exercise classes, but need a bit of motivation to get my walks in during the work day so I’m hoping this app will help with that!

By night, you’ll probably find me in a local pub, checking out new foodie hotspots, or nagging my partner about our upcoming wedding.

My parents (and then brother) always had cats, including a few rescues, so I’m experienced with lots of different temperaments, ages, and administering medicine with a calming touch. I knew I always wanted one of my own - luckily I managed to convert my fiancé from dog to cat person and we welcomed our cat Nala into our home as a kitten. She’s now relatively self sufficient and I’ve got some cat love to share, so I've recently decided to join Cat in a Flat.

I’m available for daily visits up to twice a day in the Wandsworth area. I prefer to stay local to travel on foot, but if you have easily accessible parking then I can travel a little further. As I have my own cat at home, sadly I can’t do overnights or sitting from mine.

I’ll offer cuddles, brushing, feeding, litter changing, play (my hands are well used to claw scratches!), but also understand every cat is different and some just want to nap safely knowing you’re nearby. I’m happy to administer oral medicine depending on the needs of your cat and will of course take lots of photos (my camera reel has more pictures of my Nala than anything else). Let me know if you need plants watered or anything like that. If you prefer more than the usual in-and-out, I can also work from yours for a couple of hours, if my work allows.
