For the Shy, Sweet & Sassy – I Speak Fluent Meow

Hey, I’m Shay! I’m currently studying to be a game designer, but animals have always been my first love. When I’m not creating stories and digital worlds, im spending time with animals especially cats. I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs, and now and again ride horses, and have always felt calm and happy around animals.

I live with my two amazing cats Moa and Kali, who were shy and at first but with patience and care, they’ve become total cuddle bugs. Now I regularly wake up with a cat in my face and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Over the years, I’ve cared for cats with all kinds of personalities from playful and curious to quiet and cautious. I’ve even had a Maine Coon cat Jack, and I really enjoyed learning about his specific needs and behaviour.

I always follow your instructions closely after all, no one knows your cat better than you do! My goal is to make sure your cat feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away.

I’m happy to stay and give them cuddles, chin scratches, or just chill nearby if they prefer quiet company. If your cat’s the playful type, I’m all in zoomies and toy time there some of my favourite moments!

I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your cat is happy and doing well.

If you ever need an overnight sitter, I’m happy to stay and look after your home, water your plants, and care for any other pets too. I’m comfortable with animals of all kinds, not just cats!
