Gentle Cat Sitter - From Lap Cats to Independent Kitties

Hi! My name is Emily, I work as a trainee solicitor. I am a certified cat lover (I never walk past a cat without giving it a stroke and I’ve got cat ornaments all over my house 😅). I have always owned rescue cats… we actually owned 8 at one point when we lived on a farm! Now I only own 2 cats, Albus, who is our gorgeous cat we rescued from Egypt. He is deaf so has a really loud meow and loves waking me up at 3am! I also own Alfie who is such a gorgeous and loving boy. He is also a rescue so has a lot of anxiety around people. I also recently looked after my friend’s cat Basil. Being a house cat he needed a lot of playing with to keep him entertained.

I’ve always had a soft spot for cats who need a little extra time and space to feel safe and comfortable. I’m happy to look after cats that need more space to gain their trust. Equally I love a lap cat and the ones that love to play!
