Professional and Caring Cat Sitting

Hello! I’m Holly, a feline enthusiast based in Ross-on-Wye – I have my own transport, so I’m more than happy to travel further afield than this. I work part-time for the NHS as a registered Paramedic and, after many years of cat sitting for friends, relatives, and colleagues, I thought I’d branch out here to Cat in a Flat.

Having grown up in quite the menagerie (cats, dogs, horses, chickens… even a parrot!), I’ve always adored animals, especially cats. I currently share my home with three rescue moggies – Arabella, Brian, and Teddy. I also volunteer with a local cat rescue and rehoming charity and have completed a feline first aid course, so I’m well-equipped to recognise and manage injuries and illnesses in those with more legs than my usual patients!

My cats are family, and I understand it’s a real privilege to be trusted with someone else’s. I will always aim to make your cat’s time without you as stress-free as possible by offering a caring and personalised service. This includes:

• A meet and greet!
• Feeding according to your usual schedule and preferences, including any special dietary needs or medication administration
• Playtime to keep them active, entertained, and mentally stimulated
• Cuddles and company, always on their terms – whether they’re lap cats or prefer admiration from afar
• Litter box cleaning
• Updates and photos for your peace of mind
• Plant watering if needed, happy to put out bins/recycling etc to keep everything ticking over nicely while you’re away
• Keeping an eye on home security – I’ll make sure everything is locked up and post is collected
