Experienced professional cat-sitter and lifelong adorer of cats and kittens

Hi, I’m Hannah and I’ve been cat-sitting professionally for over a decade; it started off just for friends and family and went from there. I grew up surrounded by cats, my family bred Siamese when I was growing up, and I look after lots of Bengals, so am experienced with pedigrees and young kittens as well as classic house cats. I am self-employed and do a variety of different things for work, including working remotely from home, some building/carpentry work, and cat-sitting of course!

I normally stay with the cats I look after, I feel it’s better for them because they get more company that way, it also saves me time and fuel going backwards and forwards to feed/spend time with them twice a day. When I stay with a cat I spend a lot of time talking to, playing with, brushing and generally interacting with them (but not if they don’t enjoy that!). I believe that cats need as much stimulation and company as dogs (although they would never admit to that). I am very clean and tidy and I’m told by my customers that I ‘return the house cleaner than it was when we left!’ I’m also more than happy to check post boxes, put bins out, and water plants for the duration of the sit.
