WFH part-time academic full-time cat owner-lover in North London

I’m Dongquan, a local in Finsbury park and a cat-parent to two beautiful rescues Guagua (7yrs) and Dodo (<1 year). I've been living with cats since I was 4.

I am doing my PhD studies in clinical trials while working as a research fellow at UCL. I have flexible working hours so I am cat-sitting alongside (found it so theraputic just to spend time with them).

I’m a calm and reliable professional. I believe one should always adapt to each cat’s peculiarities. I have a sound understanding of a cat's body lanaguge.

Alongside the basic caring routine (play, change litter, cuddling etc), I am able to give flea/worm treatments and administer oral medicines.

I can also help with taking care of other pets and basic hourse chores when you’re away. I am fully DBS checked (most recently 1 Sep 2025) and can provide references upon request.

I live in N4 with a bike; my office is in Holborn WC1V which is also an area in catchment. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting your lovely fluff ball/s soon!
