Francesca was excellent once again! She gave adorable updates, and Charlie was clearly having a great time. She also massively went out of her way to check on him an extra time when our travel got massively delayed, which was a huge reassurance for me. Would highly recommend!

Francesca was nice and responsible. She sent me photos and videos every time when she visited, And texted me that my cats have puked and cleaned up the mess. It was truly appreciated it. ❤️
