Architect + Cat Whisperer | Week + Stays

Hi! I’m an architect based in hackney for both job and home. I am a lifelong cat lover. I grew up with cats and used to have my own, so I know how important it is to have someone calm, caring and reliable looking after them.

I recently did a week-and-a-half cat sit for my office manager with no issues followed by a 2 week cat sit for a popular artist/architectural critic! Unfortunately one of them encountered fleas during my stay and i ensured to take care of the house as well as the cat however that was not a good experience thus fleas are where i draw the line. I personally have chinchillas, so I’m used to high-maintenance pets – looking after cats actually feels pretty straightforward in comparison.

I work full time in architecture, so I’m looking for longer stays (a week or more) where I can settle in and give your cat consistent company, especially in the evenings and mornings. Cats usually warm to me quickly people tend to usually be surprised.

I am genuinely very tidy as a person and consider my self to be low maintenance as i don't use the kitchen too much and just do the basics for my self when home aka shower and rest. With architecture being my full time profession i do respect the space i stay in.

I am offering week-long (or longer) cat sits in the Hackney / Shoreditch or anywhere thats not too far of a commute to cambridge heath / hoxton by overground so about 30min commute is the ideal (Windrush line, mildmay / central / bus)

As someone who works full-time in architecture, I’m out during typical work hours but home in the evenings and mornings — perfect for cats who like a calm routine and quiet company.

I’m clean, respectful, and used to looking after pets with specific needs. I’ll follow your care instructions closely — feeding, litter, play time — and I’m happy to send updates while you're away daily.

If your cat is shy or independent, I’ll give them space. If they’re affectionate or playful, I’ll be right there with belly rubs or games. Either way, they’ll have a peaceful and consistent presence while you’re gone.
