I had tried to increase my booking, as something had cropped up to delay my return home but I couldn’t change the booking details so had to add a day. Thank goodness Ellie was there to cover us and look after our two cats. As per all my previous reviews, I have no hesitation in recommending Ellie if you are looking to use the cat in a flat service.

Ellie is amazing. My cat, Mush was very shy at first but warmed to Ellie. Ellie was able to take some beautiful pictures of my cat and keep me posted whilst i was away. When we booked Ellie we didn’t realise how super hot the weather would be. Although I was I little concerned about our little friend and the extreme heat, I was reassured by Ellie’s professionalism. She kept us informed of any issues and made sure he had plenty of fresh water. During her visits he roamed the garden, soaking up the sun and any fresh air to be had. Knowing he was well cared for reduced our concerns and relieved us from the strain of worrying how he would cope. Ellie asked us to check in, once we returned, in case we were held up and our cat put at risk. It was so nice of her, she had genuine concerns about our cat. He adores her and is so content in his own home. He always looks so well when we return. I could not ask for a better service or a better cat sitter. This is the second time we have booked Ellie. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter.
