Hi I'm Mary! I am a student studying maths at university and moved to Manchester from the Scottish Borders. I became completely cat crazy when I adopted a rescue cat in my early teens. Since then I have met so many cats of different breeds and with completely unique personalities and I find them all enchanting. My cat has stayed at home and I miss him so so much; I would love to to take care of your cats and help them stay at home, settled and excellently cared for while you are away.

I will match your usual routines to keep your cat feeling comfortable and settled. I'm used to the obvious parts of cat care like feeding, watering, medications, cleaning litter boxes as well as playing and cuddling with cats and I'll work with you to ensure this is all done in the preferred ways for you and your cat.

I also have experience of cats with a history of trauma and mistreatment. My cat, now elderly, was rehomed after turbulent and violent early life and we have worked through everything from flare-ups of old injuries to the behavioural challenges caused by his trauma so I'm also used to cats with additional or uncommon support needs and routines.

I am a huge animal lover and would be very happy to look after other pets. I have experience caring for rodents, having owned guinea pigs, and have looked after rabbits before. While I don't have experience caring for other pets, I would be willing to.
