Future (Crazy) Cat Lady

I work for the council as an educator teaching ESOL to adult learners therefore I have an Enhanced DBS Certificate. I used to live in Italy teaching EAL while also house-sitting so I have extended experience taking care of children, animals, homes and gardens.

I have lived in three different countries and grew up taking care of animals, my mum was always taking in strays, healing them and finding them homes.

I had a wonderful ginger boy, absolute rascal, I found him as a kitten on the street and took him home when I couldn't find his mama, so I became his human mama!

No one ever really understands the love that you share with a cat unless you have one for yourself. I will make sure your kitty feels safe, secure and not scared. I go a lot on my intuition when it comes to animals, cats have always been drawn to my energy, I think it's because I'm very calm and don't chase them around for their affection. They'll come to you when they're ready.

I also used to be a dog walker for 5 years, my biggest group I would walk at a time was 6 doggies!

Important to know:

If I am doing an overnight stay rest assured that I will play with your cat making sure they're thoroughly tired out before they eat and sleep.

I can administer medication / ear drops / eye drops / flea medication and even the nebulizer as my own kitty had breathing issues. I of course can clean and refill the litter tray as needed, brush and clip nails confidently and calmly and give lots of head scratches and bum pats (if your cat's into that, mine used to love them!)

If you'd like me to stay for an extended amount of time and would like the place cleaned and tidied / parcels received / plants watered / under beds checked for monsters please do let me know and that can be happily arranged.

I will keep you updated with daily photos and videos of your furry friend and keep an open line of communication because I know how hard it can be leaving a part of the family with someone new.
