I’ve always loved being around cats. There’s something special about their personalities, how they take their time with you, and once they trust you, it feels like such a privilege.

Over the years, I’ve looked after cats for friends, neighbours, and people going away on holiday. Each one has been completely different, which is part of what I enjoy so much. Some have been playful and full of energy, others more reserved or shy. I’ve cared for older cats who needed a gentle touch and a bit of extra patience, and younger ones who wanted to chase toys around the room nonstop.

I always try to make sure the cat feels comfortable and safe, especially if they’re in their own space without their usual routine. I’ll sit and talk to them, give them time to come to me, or just be there quietly if that’s what they need. I follow any instructions carefully and keep in touch with regular updates so you know they’re being looked after the way you would do it yourself.

For me, it’s not just about feeding and checking in. It’s about making sure your cat feels cared for and content until you’re home again.

Whether your cat is a cuddle bug, a treat enthusiast, or prefers to do their own thing, I’ll make sure they feel safe, seen, and completely at ease while you're away. I’m a firm believer that every cat deserves calm, comforting care (and yes — I’m an excellent treat giver and chin-scratcher, if they’re into that!).

Each visit includes: Feeding and fresh water Clean litter tray and tidy up Playtime, cuddles, or quiet company — whatever your cat prefers Medication if needed Daily photo or video updates so you can see how well they’re doing

I’ll also happily water plants, collect post, and keep your home secure and cared for while you're gone.
