Experienced, confident and friendly Herne Hill pet sitter

Hi, lovely to meet you! My name's Marika, I'm an Assistant Producer for the BBC and my boyfriend works for a tech start up. We moved to Herne Hill in early March for work reasons and are now looking to build a community in the local area. My mum and i owned a cat for 6 years back home and my boyfriend's had cats his entire life.

In the past 2 years we've done countless dog and cat sits via Rover and Trusted House Sitters. We've had animals to stay at our house but spent over 2 months at a time living at other people's too. Every time we stayed somewhere it was such a joy watching the animal get used to us and get more and more comfortable (and/or silly) around us.

We love playing, cuddling and feeding them, and generally hanging out. We'd love to have our own pets but unfortunately our lifestyle wouldn't suit being full time owners.

When I used to live in Bristol I had a regular cat sit for a lovely boy called Murphy which I always looked forward to and it'd be great to find a similar set up, but i'm equally open to one-off sits.

If you'd be interested in working together it'd be great to have a call to go through your pet's needs.

Happy to clean out litter trays, feed, cuddle, buy / top up food, give lots of treats etc.

Happy to come in on short notice too!

Happy to cuddle, play, or simply just feed and let them do their thing. If they get lonely and they'll benefit from a bit of a hang out I'd never say no but also fine with just popping in and out, whatever you need really! Would always send photos as a little update so you can be sound in the knowledge your little kitten is doing well and happy for you to request updates anytime.
