I felt very confident leaving Sox with Heather for a 2nd time as she is one of the few people he doesn't hide from. I was reassured that he was ok with some pictures of him. I would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a cat sitter especially if you have a nervous cat.

I left my cat in the house for the first time recently and Heather was brilliant in taking care of her. She sent daily updates and photographs which were lovely to receive. The initial setting up process was easy and we discussed all of Cass' needs which Heather then accommodated. Heather then came in twice a day to feed her and keep her company for a little while. The whole process involved no stress or upheaval for Cassie and I was extremely grateful for that. I would definitely book again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Heather's services.

Heather was a fantastic sitter for our cats. She was brilliant at communicating both prior to and during our booking. Whilst we were she kindly sent us photos to show us how happy our cats were. We came home to three very happy cats! We will it hesitate to have Heather look after our cats next time we need a cat sitter.

This was the 1st time i had left my cats for more than a couple of days but felt very confident they were in safe hands. They had been very well taken care of and it was lovely to find that she spent time with them rather than just putting food down. I would hope to leave then under her care if i go away again.

I have to highly recommend Heather she has been absolutely amazing in caring for our kittens this summer holiday. Not only did she keep up us updated on how they were she sent photos and spent quality time with the kittens twice a day. Would highly recommend and will be using her service again without a doubt.

This was the 1st time i had anyone in to look after my cats but felt happy leaving them in Heathers care. The message to update me on them was great and my cat who is often wary of strangers took to her straight away and it was obvious how much she enjoyed looking after cats. I would definitely recommend her to cat sit and hope to use her services again in the future.

I was very anxious about leaving Phoebe at home for 10 days but I really needn't have worried. Heather has looked after her superbly. Phoebe was relaxed and content in her own surroundings with daily visits from Heather. I received updates and photos to allay any concerns. Heather has, once again, done a brilliant job and we are exceptionally grateful that our lovely girl was so tenderly and wonderfully well looked after.

After a bad experience of my two cats not being looked after properly when I used a different company I was very nervous of leaving them again. However, Heather has been fantastic and looked after my babies so well. Both well fed and watered and attention given to them. I received daily text messages and photos which really put my mind at rest. I will most definitely use Heather again in the future each time I need to. She even put the bins out for me! I have never seen Kiki so happy, healthy and settled. Anytime we left, on our return she would have not eaten, she would be very vocal and she would have visibly lost some fur. Kiki was super happy.. We have been so impressed by Heather, her lovely messages and pictures whilst we were away and how great she was throughout. From beginning to end. I will definitely use her again and would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful. Felt at ease right from first meeting,. The cats took to Heather R straight away. KitKat usually shy so well done lol. Was lovely going away knowing Heather would follow our instructions and even cleared clumps off litter tray so thank you. I would certainly use that again thank you Heather. 😊

This is our final review as we lost our cat Ryder yesterday. He had endured his illnesses for around 2 years and required medicine 5 times a day. During that time he was largely stable and we managed to give our rather fine cat a good quality of life. We knew he was coming to the end and we are pleased to say Pet Medics made it very easy for us and Ryder. Our vet said we had been awesome in our care. However, we recognise that without Heather's help , which was both practical and kind, we would not have been able to take the breaks we needed. We were always confident that Ryder would be well cared for. We knew that they liked each other and that if we were delayed she would fill in the gap. Thank you Heather.

From my first message sent through to the last Heather was amazing. She did an amazing job looking after my parents cats whilst we were on holiday including giving one tablets. We got updates whilst we were away and I always got a reply to any enquiry within minutes I would definitely use Heather again, Fantastic

Brilliant! I can't thank Heather enough for taking the time to get to know Phoebe and looking after her so well. For a rather standoffish cat with most people, Phoebe was prepared to have her photo taken, even on Heather's knee - and instead of hiding under the settee or in bed when strangers come in to the house, she was rolling on the floor with Heather and clearly very happy. I was greatly relieved and absolutely delighted. I just hope Heather is free when we're away next and for the foreseeable future!

Heather looked after Ryder from Friday to Sunday. Ryder had been unwell on the Thursday night. As his mum was worried Heather sent us reports through out the day. As a result, we came home relaxed and to a happy cat .

We came home to a happy,relaxed and well cat. Ryder needs medication 5 times a day from 6am through to 10 pm, three of which are meds administered by syringe,which means we ask a lot from Heather. We were delighted with her . She was helpful and took the worry away from us particularly as a rail derailment meant that our return time became iffy.
