I had to go away with work for 6 days, leaving 8 hours' difference between me and Ted (my cat). Serena did a great job of assuring me he was coping well despite my absence, with lots of photos and videos. When I came home, I might have been tired and weary, but Ted was very relaxed and content. Serena has looked after Ted a few times in September, and has been fantastic with keeping me updated with pictures, videos, and messages while I've been away. She does a great job of looking after him, and I think Ted probably objects when I get home!

Serena looked after our cat Pusseidon for a week while we were away. She was excellent with him, playing and giving him cuddles, and was really communicative and sent us plenty of photos and videos.
