Reliable and compassionate Veterinary Nurse available for visits

I am a 41 year old Registered (with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) Veterinary Nurse. I currently nurse part-time as a self-employed locum around the South of England. I qualified in 2007 and have had cats my whole life. I have 3 cats at home who all have their own unique, mischievous personalities. I have also taught Animal Management for 12 years (in a further education college) and now teach part-time online, alongside my nursing. A criminal record check has been completed as part of my teaching responsibilities. My jobs currently allow me to have a lovely, work/life balance. Therefore, I have the flexibility and availability for helping you with your pets throughout the day too. I can be booked for one-off visits, and I am also happy to discuss/be booked for regular visits as you need. I am happy to stay with your pet overnight if this is required and will send you regular updates/photos as you wish.

I love chatting with cats and other furry animals. I enjoy getting to know each pet's personality and giving them the best experience they can have with getting to know me. It can be a little scary for some animals to have a new person in their home. However, I am cat behaviour savvy, very experienced with winning over even the most shy or pesky cats. I am also compassionate and careful not to 'upset the balance' of a cat's environment. I have had much experience with handling, grooming, bathing, hand/bottle feeding, administering medication, and even physiotherapy. I will never 'rush' visits. Quality time will be spent, making sure your pet is getting the company, cuddles, feed and play they require. I will follow your instructions, no one knows them as well as you do, so I will be guided by what you ask me to do whilst I visit.
