Experienced cat sitter and owner who loves cats !

Hi I’m Maia :)

I have two cats myself that I’ve rescued they are called Hamish and figgy, but known as mishybells and figgylou (the evolution of cat nicknames really played off here aha). They are long haired cats who need a lot of maintenance and attention so I’m used to grooming and keeping up with their needs ! I’ve always had a really strong bond with cats throughout my life, I think they are the best little friends ever ! I’ve also done a fair share of cat sitting over the years too, so I’m well equipped at taking care of other cats than my own! I recently became I qualified osteopath and whilst I wait for my registration to come through and start building up my patient list I thought I should spend my time also doing something else I love where I’m also able to give back to someone else (and meet some cool cats !). I love animals and I also plan on completing my animal osteopathy qualification to be able to keep animals happy and healthy in addition to humans ! Earning a little bit of money via cat sitting will help me to save up to do my animal osteopathy qualification and some travels in the next year or so, where I plan to try to go on an elephant osteopathy course too :). In my spare time other than chilling with mishy and figgy I like to keep active with fitness and go out to music events ! I am really excited to help out where possible.

Fantastic cuddling and attention giver, used to needy cats. Prompt with feeding and treat giving. Used to grooming/brushing short haired and long haired cats and preventing matting. I have a car so can get around easily and happy to meet set feeding times to keep everyone happy. I’m calm and logical in the case of emergency situations and can adapt quickly. Good communication skills, happy to send pics of your cats for you to show they are well looked after as I’d want the same :)
