Cat Sitting with Eleanor

I'm a 23-year-old medical student currently on my summer break, preparing to begin a master’s degree next year. I’ve always loved animals, but cats in particular have had a special place in my life for over a decade. I’ve been lucky enough to share my home with two wonderful cats—Tigger, who is still with us and has the most playful spirit despite being a little shy, and Whisper, who was incredibly affectionate and always curled up beside me for cuddles. I've also helped care for friends’ cats, so I understand how important it is to make sure each cat feels safe, calm, and cared for in their owner’s absence. I love how every cat has its own personality—whether independent, mischievous, affectionate, or aloof—and I truly enjoy taking the time to get to know what makes each one tick. Whether it’s playtime, quiet companionship, or just keeping things tidy and peaceful, I’m happy to be there to make sure they feel at home.

I offer a calm, reliable cat sitting service and am more than happy to tailor visits to your cat’s needs. Whether that means popping in to feed and clean up, spending a few hours keeping your cat company, or simply being a quiet presence in the home to help them feel at ease while you're away, I’m here to help. I’m confident with all the usual care tasks—feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter trays, and keeping everything tidy—and I’m happy to look after more than one cat at a time.

I understand how sensitive cats can be to changes in their routine or environment, so I always try to provide a calm, reassuring presence to help them settle. If they’d rather keep their distance, I’ll quietly share the space; if they’re more sociable, I’m always up for a cuddle or play session. I'm also happy to water plants, take care of other small pets, or help with light household tasks while you're away.

I'm based in Caistor and can cover the town itself as well as surrounding areas within walking or cycling distance. I don’t drive, but I enjoy walking and am happy to be flexible with timing—mornings, evenings, or overnight stays can all be arranged.
