Hi! My name is Sam, and I’m based in Carrington, Manchester.

I’ve spent years caring for a variety of pets—dogs, cats, and even a turtle. I had the joy of raising my own cat, Tammy, for 7 wonderful years. She was full of energy and love, and losing her suddenly to heart disease was heartbreaking. I’ll always cherish the memories and comfort she brought into our lives.

Alongside caring for Tammy, I also looked after two cats for a friend in my previous home for 5 months, allowing them time to relocate. This taught me how to support different feline personalities and build trust in a shared space.

Over the years, I’ve also cared for:

A medium-sized mixed-breed dog (with Yorkshire Terrier traits) – my uncle’s dog, who stayed with me for a few months each year over the past 5 years.

Two large local mixed-breed dogs (around 25kg, known as Hong Kong Village Dogs) – drop-in visits including feeding, walking, and companionship.

A turtle I raised for over 10 years – teaching me patience and routine care.

I love animals of all sizes and species and always do my best to keep them safe, happy, and well cared for. I treat every pet like they’re my own and am confident communicating clearly with pet owners in English.

I understand how much trust it takes to leave your furry friend in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m reliable, gentle, and happy to provide updates while you’re away.

My services include: • Feeding and providing fresh water • Cleaning litter trays • Playtime and cuddles (if your cat is open to it) • Daily updates with photos and videos • Brushing (if your cat allows) • Administering oral medication (if needed, with clear instructions)

I'm happy to visit once or twice a day depending on your cat’s needs. I'm also happy to help with small household tasks such as watering plants or collecting the mail while you're away.

My goal is to make sure your cat stays happy, healthy, and relaxed in their familiar home environment—so you can enjoy your time away with complete peace of mind.
