Hi there, I’m Rob and I’d love to assist with your cat sitting requirements.

I firmly believe the best place for a cat is at home where they feel safe and at ease, and that this shouldn’t be a barrier to going on holiday or a work trip.

I joined Cat in a Flat in summer 2025 but I’ve been cat sitting for the past 20 years. I know how stressful it can be battling for a space on a cattery waiting list, along with the ordeal of the cattery itself and the security risks of an unattended home. A visiting cat sitter is the best solution for everyone so let’s chat about how I can help.

If you choose to work with me, you’ll benefit from a customer-centric, detail-focused approach honed through a 10+ year career working for clients in PR and marketing. I have a gentle manner and a solid understanding of cat behaviour gained from training and experience as a cat fosterer for Cats Protection, as well as cat ownership.

While you’re away, all essentials including feeding and general cat welfare will be covered based on your cat’s individual needs. Strokes, cuddles and games will always be on offer, so you’ll come home to a relaxed and happy cat.

If you are a multi-pet household, I can also assist with this. I have helped clients with care for rabbits, guinea pigs, tortoises, fish and a large and very energetic border collie whom I take for regular walks.

All security and admin will be well taken care of, from post to plants and regular updates will be shared while you are away.
