Calm, Caring, and Cat-Savvy!

Hello! I’m Marie, a 30 year old lifelong cat lover and experienced cat carer based in London. I work at the V&A, teach yoga part-time, and spend my free time reading, enjoying nature and art. I’m also a vegan and a big believer in compassion toward all living beings — especially animals.

I moved to London 3.5 years ago, and before that, cats were a central part of my everyday life. I had the absolute joy of sharing 18 years with my soulmate cat, and I also rescued a beautiful Maine Coon who taught me so much about patience, trust, and connection.

Both of my cats had heart conditions, so I’m experienced (and gentle) when it comes to administering tablets and other types of care. I know how important it is to keep a cat’s routine stable, and I take time to tune into each cat’s individual needs — whether they’re shy and quiet, or sociable and playful.

It would be an honour to look after your beloved cat. I’m happy to do day visits or overnight in London. I can work from home occasionally so can spend extra time with your pet if needed.

For day visits I would be looking at anywhere around home (Camberwell) and work (South Kensington) - or anywhere in between on my commute.

For overnight stays I’m very happy to venture further afield.

I love cuddling up with cats, as well as keeping them entertained and of course making sure they are properly fed and pampered!!
