Cat sitter in London

Hello! I’m Kökcan; a calm, gentle and reliable cat sitter based in Shoreditch, London. I’m originally from Türkiye and grew up surrounded by cats, so caring for them has always felt natural and comforting to me. I’m now a PhD researcher at UCL.

I genuinely enjoy spending quiet time with cats and getting to know their personalities. Whether your cat is shy, affectionate, independent, or playful, I adapt to their comfort level and let them lead every interaction. I’m patient with nervous cats and very respectful of routines, boundaries and behavioural quirks.

What I offer: 🐾 Daily visits, 🐾 Feeding, fresh water, litter cleaning, 🐾 Playtime & gentle fuss (if they like it!), 🐾 Administering basic medication if needed, 🐾 Lots of photo/video updates so you feel close to your cat, 🐾 Caring for your home responsibly while you’re away.

I understand that leaving your cat at home can be stressful, so I always keep communication clear and consistent. You can expect daily updates, photos and videos, as well as a tidy home and a happy cat when you return. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, litter cleaning, simple grooming, and giving lots of affection if your cat wants it or simply being calm company if they prefer space.

As someone who works from home often, I’m flexible with timing and can accommodate both regular visits and last-minute needs. I treat every cat as if they were my own, and I always aim to create a peaceful, safe and reassuring environment for them.
