Reliable and experienced cat sitter

Joanne is very responsible in her work. She is very patient with kittens and spends a lot of time playing with them. Even with the very timid Jingle, she has managed to become friends 👍.

She could carefully arrange everything well. She is kind and patient when taking care of the cats. My cats are healthy and energetic as usual when I back home.

We have been away for a week and Joanne has been looking after our cats (and plants!). We and the cats couldn't be happier: she has been perfect! Sent us regular updates, cleaned everything and even went the extra mile to help us with the flies that seemed to have been enjoying our kitchen a little too much. We couldn't have asked for more and we can't recommend Joanne enough.

Joanne has been amazing in looking after my little skittish furbaby. She was so good that he came out on the first day, which usually takes him about 2-3 days to get used to people. I got multiple updates a day and she really took her time to stay with him and gave him all the attention he demanded. I have already booked her again! :-)

Joanne was fantastic - I received highly entertaining pictures every morning of my 2 cats to wake up to, and everything was maintained to the highest standard.

This was the second time Joanne looked after our two cats and she was brilliant again! She's so genuinely caring and thoughtful. During the hot weather, she had this amazing idea of freezing a towel at night and then putting it in the bathtub for the kitties to lie on during the day, so they were cool and comfortable. It's details like that that make Joanne a fantastic cat lover. Our cats were once again very relaxed and happy when we got back (makes me a bit sad they didn't seem to miss us at all :) )

Joanne is a blessing and makes going away so much easier - she's super reliable and conscientious with detailed updates. We can go away and properly relax and enjoy ourselves knowing Starsky is in excellent hands!

Joanne is simply superb! Her level of dedication was apparent since before we even left on our trip. She came over to pick up the keys and noted all the information she needed to feel comfortable caring for our two Ragdolls. She took great care of them and showered them with attention. We received detailed daily updates and photos, which ensured we had nothing to worry about. We came home to happy, relaxed cats, and we'll definitely be asking her back soon!

I don't want to say too much about Joanne as she'll end up getting all booked up but... She is a fantastic cat sitter. She's extremely professional, conscientious and thorough and made sure she knew everything about Starsky and what was needed, including favourite toys (and pink washing up brush..). We were kept fully updated while we were away, with photos and regular and prompt check-ins. I had complete peace of mind which is exactly what you want. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joanne (or give her more stars if they were available!).

Hi I would like to say how relieved I was when Joanne looked after my pets. My cat is 18andhalf and is hyperthyroid. And had to have drops orally twice a day. Joanne texted me at 8 while I was on holiday. And again at 6. I have another cat as well. I was very relieved with Joanne and she was reliable.
