Cat sitter in London

Chia-Wen is a wonderful cat sitter - she kept us updated with cat antics, videos and delightful pictures. When we got home we could tell that our cats had been well cared for and cuddled while we were away.

The cast were also very happy to be with her and she took great care of our home too. Highly recommended.

Chia-Wen was the most amazing cat sitter we’ve ever had! She watched our Burmese cats for 3 days - who need lots of attention & love. They loved her a lot and she really cared for them, sending me regular delightful updates! I had tried other sitters before, but gave up - she was the first to make me feel so at ease! Would highly recommend!!

Can't praise Chia-Wen enough! She's a true cat whisperer! Left our 2 fur babies in her care and they didn't miss us at all! She showered them with love, sent cute pics, and kept us updated every day. Such a gem! Will definitely have her sit again!

Chia-Wen is a wonderful caring cat sitter. She looked after my two indoor cats for a week during the heat wave and she was attentive and caring and gave my kitties ice water to keep them cool. She gave me regular updates with pictures and I came home to two happy kitties. I would highly recommend Chia-Wen to everyone.

Chia-wen was great! She took really good care of our two kitties for a weekend and followed all the instructions that were left. They seemed really happy when we got back and the flat was just as we left it, I'd definitely book again in the future :)

We are very grateful to Chia-Wen for her professional approach and excellent work when she stayed with our Birman cat Mish for 1 week. Mish was very well taken care of and felt comfortable. We received regular updates and lovely photos of him on a daily basis. He felt very relaxed as she was very attentive to all his needs and followed all the instructions we agreed on. The flat was left tidy and clean. I am very happy with Chia-Wen. We are looking forward to continue with her excellent help in the future!

We have worked with Chia-Wen twice now and will never go back to using the cattery. Chipper (our cat) is always well looked after and appears to have the best time! We love the photos and feel secure with leaving Chipper at home whilst we are away. She is in good hands!

Chia-wen was absolutely amazing! She was highly reliable, trustworthy and efficient. Most impressive of all, she won over the heart of our shy Fifi. We were originally very nervous about leaving Fifi for such a long period of time but Chia-wen was very reassuring by sending us daily pictures and updates on her. We returned home to a relaxed and happy cat and to a spotless house. We are absolutely grateful for Chia-wen’s service and really hope to be able to have her look after Fifi in the future!

Chia-Wen provides a wonderful service and often sends me pictures and updates about my cat by email while I am away. On this occasion my cat had a small wound on his leg which I was a little anxious over but she was very happy to monitor that and to take him to the vet for me if necessary while I was away. Thankfully that wasn't necessary but it was so reassuring to receive news while I was away that he was progressing well. An excellent service!

Chia-Wen took AMAZING care of our cat. She sent updates and pictures / vidoes each day we were away and on the evening she stayed over, kept everything extremely clean and tidy. Our cat was much less upset when we came home than he normally is after an extended absence. Will recommend to all, Chia-Wen is worth the money!

Chia-wen L looked after my cat for a weekend. She did a great job, kept me informed of how he was and followed all my instructions perfectly. She is a natural with cats and he took to her straight away despite normally being quite shy. I would not hesitate to hire Chia-wen again. She’s great.

Everything was very smooth and Chia-wen is a good communicator. She came to the flat one day earlier to collect the key and learned the routine of the cat. When I was away, she send me updates on email with Muer’s picture everyday, which is very sweet. At the last day, she left the key at desk as required.

I will definitely recommend her ! Very responsible and caring!
