Cat Sitting Southampton

Hi! I’m Hannah, a Masters student at the University of Southampton studying Gerontology (if you’re not familiar, it’s essentially related to ageing people and societies). I am a massive cat lover, and will always greet cats I meet on the streets or in friends’ houses with a ‘psps’ and lots of gentle strokes. Back at home, I have two cats - Sirius and Crookshanks, two ginger brothers. Crookshanks is super fluffy and independent, but when he does want attention he is very sweet. Sirius is very small and very noisy, always meowing at me for attention and constantly purring.

When it comes to cat care, I like to put emphasis on the word care. I’m not just looking after your cats, I’m there to get to know them and make them as happy as I can! I have experience with nervous cats (my own Crookshanks) and know when to let them have their space. I also have experience administering oral medication with my cat Sirius, who has autoimmune problems. My favourite hobby is taking photos of cats - some cute ones, some silly ones, and of course playing with them and giving them treats!
