Caring, friendly and reliable cat lover

Hi! I'm an Occupational therapist living and working in Leith. I work for a community mental health team and am very lucky to love my job! I've loved animals, particularly cats, for as long as I can remember really, and was always stalking my neighbours cats for company! I've never owned my own cat, but my journey with cat sitting began a few years back, cat sitting for friends or friends of friends in the local area. This year, I recently joined Trusted House Sitters to gain more experience and combine my love of cats with a love of travel. I have absolutely loved every opportunity I've had, and adore learning each cat's individual personalities and quirks! I'm joining Cat in a Flat in the hope of more opportunities to help cats and cat owners in the local area.

I've cared for a wide variety of elderly, youthful, house and outdoor cats ranging from very independent to exceptionally cuddly! I try to learn what sort of attention and care each cat requires - play, affection, or just left to do their thing! I have experience of administering oral meditation and have never had a problem with this. I live alone and my time is fairly flexible outside of work hours, so I'm very happy to spend some time with your cat in the evening if that's what is required. I can also provide a live in service depending on location. Please just let me know your requirements and I'll do my best to fit in!
