Suzanna is the most fantastic catsitter anyone can hope for - incredibly loving of cats, very communicative and spends a generous amount of time with the kitties. I couldn't recommend her more; your cats are in great hands when Suzanna looks after them! =^_^=

And while we were away we didn’t need to worry about Suki at all as we received regular messages, photos, videos and even a voice note which meant we could fully enjoy our time away. Suzanna was an amazing cat sitter. So professional and communicative, sent us picture/video updates every day so we could see how happy Nina was and she even tidied up our tip of a garden, which was a lovely surprise when we got home from holiday! Suzanna is lovely, I immediately felt confortable leaving my cat in her care, he’s diabetic and needs a lot more care than usual but Suzanna noted everything down in a really professional way while being quite relax and friendly. Her video and pictures updates are really funny and I will definitely call her again next time I am away !

It was our first time apart from our cats. We adopted them over 5 years ago and we had never been apart for more than 1 day. My husband and I were very apprehensive. But Suzanna was AMAZING. She sent me photos and videos daily, played with them a lot and they loved her! We will definitely call her on our next holidays.

Suzanne and I arranged to meet prior to the scheduled booking, to establish ‘suitability’ from both parts (including my cats), and she showed huge interest in my cats who adored her, and was professional with supporting documents. It was an instant Yes!

Whilst I was away, Suzanne visited on the scheduled dates/times. I was sent pictures and videos of my cats playing and feeding, and she was in constant communication whilst she was in the house to make sure everything was done to the best needs of the cats.

I will definitely be using Suzanne again. She is professional but has a very keen interest in taking care of cats.

As a first time user of CIAF I was feeling a bit anxious about using a cat sitting service. I needn't have worried, Suzanna is a really lovely lady and clearly a huge animal lover, and soon put me at ease about it all. It was really fun getting breakfast & tea time updates and photos. My cats had a great holiday too ! Highly recommended:)

Suzanna is the dream sitter! She clearly loves cats and cares for them incredibly well. I am a bit of an anxious cat mum and our cats are also a bit tricky (traumatised rescues), but with her we have complete peace of mind. She's also a really lovely person!

Smudge was kept as happy and healthy as any cat could be in this ridiculous London heat! Suzanna was very attentive and helpful while I was away. :)
