Missing my furry babies - can I look after yours?

Hi, I’m Hannah! I recently moved to London for work - I’m a Customer Success Manager for an FinTech company - and while I’m enjoying exploring the city, I really miss having cats in my life.

I grew up in a very pet-friendly home, and at one point we had four cats (plus a dog!). Two of them were rescues who chose us, so I know that every cat has their own personality, quirks, and comforts. Some are playful and attention-seeking, others are shy and independent, and I genuinely love getting to know each one on their own terms.

Since I don’t have pets of my own right now, caring for cats through Cat in a Flat is a perfect way to combine my love of animals with my flexible schedule. I work in the office two days a week and from home the rest of the time, so I’m around to give cats the attention, playtime, and calm companionship they need while you’re away.

For me, it’s not just about feeding and litter care (though of course that’s important!) — it’s about making sure your cat feels safe, loved, and happy in their own home.

My priority is always making sure your cat is comfortable and your home is respected. I prefer to stay in your property while caring for your pet, so I can keep their routine as normal as possible and make sure they have company throughout the day.

Before any sit, I’m happy to arrange a call or even an in-person meeting so we can go through your cat’s routine in detail. I’ll also take notes about anything important in your home, such as security, keys, or plants, so you can feel confident everything is looked after while you’re away. A very important part of this is the treat-giving routine!!!

During the sit, I’ll keep in touch with regular updates and photos, so you know your cat is safe and happy. I treat every home with care and respect, just as I would want for my own.
