Ciara's Kitty Care

My name is Ciara (pronounced Kira), and I’ve been lucky to grow up with cats my whole life. Earlier this year I said goodbye to two of my long-time companions as they reached old age. However, three years ago I adopted two new kittens whom I still have the privilege to care for.

I’ve always been an animal lover, but cats hold a special place in my heart because of their unique personalities and the joy they bring.

Outside of cat care, I work full time for a charitable foundation that helps young people adjust to independent living as new tenants. My job offers flexible hours, which means I can also make flexible daytime visits to care for your cats when needed.

I’d love the opportunity to care for your fur babies and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved — always on their own terms, of course!

I know how important it is to have peace of mind whilst you’re away, so you can trust that your cats will be in caring, reliable hands. To provide this, I offer photo updates each time/day I visit.

I have experience giving daily oral medication (one of my own cats requires antihistamines), so I’m comfortable with special care routines as well. I’ll happily follow any instructions to make sure your cats get the same love, attention, and consistency they’re used to at home.
