Peace of Mind Cat Care

Hello, I’m Christiane, and I’m 53 years old and live in Ashford /Kennington. I always had a soft spot for animals. For a few years, I shared my home with Floyd, a beautiful tabby cat. When I rescued him, he was already quite old; all his teeth had been extracted and he needed monthly steroid injections. We only had a few years together but he was really special.

These days, we share our home with a large dog, who’s convinced that cats are not welcome on his patch of turf. I’d still love to have a cat, though, so I happily get my feline fix by looking after my daughter’s cat whenever she’s away. It feels like the perfect balance—one foot in the dog world, one paw in the cat world.

I offer a friendly and reliable cat sitting service. While you’re away, I can pop in to feed your cat, refresh their water, clean the litter tray, play with them, and make sure everything is just as it should be.

I know how important it is to feel reassured that your cat is safe and content, so I treat every visit with the same care and attention I give when I look after my daughter’s cat. Your pet’s well-being is always my priority — with plenty of cuddles and company if they’d like it, or just a calm presence if they prefer their own space.

I am happy to send you an update of your pet whilst you're away. I can open/close blinds daily, move any delivered post and water houseplants if needed.
