Cosy Cat Companion

Since a young age, cats have always been part of my family and I've always loved having them as furry companions. During my third year of university, I decided to get my own cat in Glasgow and have built such a strong bond with him over the past couple of years. Coming from a rural area, it has been different having a cat in the city but Luna loves keeping busy with his scratch posts, enrichment, play time and even learning tricks. My cats have always been outdoor kitties but I also have experience caring for indoor cats too. After graduating in Zoology (I love all animals but cats are up there with some of the best!), I worked for Dogs Trust for a year and a half before recently completing a biological research internship in Jamaica conserving iguanas (slightly more scaly than our feline friends but just as charming). I have a reasonable amount of free time at the moment and would love to get to know and care for any cats needing some extra attention in and around Glasgow.

I'm happy to provide tailored service to each cat/cat household depending on their needs. Providing food, clean bowls, water and fresh litter daily is an essential for all cats, as well as engaging in play and having physical affection too. Additionally, I am happy to let outdoor cats out for some time to explore if that's part of their normal routine, and can provide enrichment (such as licki mats, box fun, and search games) and even basic training too. I am a very laid back person with an attention to detail and a deep understanding of the importance of animal welfare. Hence I am focused on not just meeting our pets' basic needs but ensuring they are as happy and comfortable as can be :)
