Friendly cat lady without a cat

Hello!

I'm Josephine, and I live in the southside of Glasgow.

I'm very fond of cats, but find I'm away too much to keep one of my own.

I had a cat growing up, Reginald, who was an excellent boy and lived to be 18! There's a great story about him akin to the tale of Homeward Bound, which I'll happily divulge. I also fostered two kittens, Ingrid and Meryl, when I was living in Bristol. I've looked after friends' cats (and other pets) and cats tend to follow me down the street quite often. They will talk to me with their mews.

I'm a non-smoker.

If I were to look after your cat(s) or other pets, I would respect their peculiarities and personalities. Whatever works for them, works for me. I do enjoy giving strokes and cuddles, but understand not all pets like it, so I'll let them decide!

I am able to work from home, so I can be in most of the day if that's needed.

I don't have a car, so places that are easier to get to on public transport are best for me. However, I do have access to the car club if there's an emergency.
