Hello! My name is Awra — I’m an artist and educator currently based in Margate for the Open School East (OSE) programme (Sept 2025–June 2026). I lived in Philadelphia from 2020–2025, where I regularly cared for cats and occasionally dogs for local families.

I absolutely love cats — their independence, curiosity, and quiet companionship. I’ve cared for cats with a range of temperaments and routines, always making sure they feel calm, safe, and well looked after while their humans are away. I’m attentive, tidy, and respectful of each cat’s personality and space, whether they’re playful, shy, or a bit of both.

I genuinely enjoy spending time with cats — playing, chatting to them while I work, or simply sharing a quiet moment together. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos while you’re away — it’s always reassuring to see your cat relaxed and happy at home.

I offer daily pop-in visits for feeding, playtime, cuddles, and general care — making sure your cat has fresh water, a clean litter tray, and plenty of company while you’re away. I’m attentive to each cat’s routine and can adapt to their specific needs, whether that’s quiet companionship, medication, or extra playtime.

I’m reliable and communicative, happy to send updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away. I also make sure your home stays tidy and secure, collecting post or watering plants if needed. My goal is to ensure your cat stays happy, safe, and comfortable in their familiar environment.
