We love Bettina! She has watched our Sphynx cat Effy multiple times over several years. She always takes amazing care of Effy. Our kitty has a lot of needs like wearing PJs & sleeping in bed together at night but Bettina always makes Effy so happy & calm while we’re away. She sends daily adorable photos & when we return the flat is clean :)

If I could add six stars to Bettina, I would. I was really nervous about using this app and someone I don't know and leaving my cat Suzy alone for two weeks. Bettina took care of our cats over Christmas. As always, she sends twice a day pictures of our happy cats. They chill on her lap, the house is tidy and the cat litter is clean. She also took care of the garbage collection and plants. Will book her again as she ensures peace of mind when we are away.

This was our first time using Cat in a Flat so we weren't sure what to expect...but it couldn't have been better. Bettina was brilliant! Our two girls, Pepper and Lucy, are both very shy so when she came to visit and meet Pepper and Lucy a few weeks before the booking, we basically showed her their hiding places because we thought there was no way they would trust a stranger. When we were away, Bettina sent us so many pictures - we couldn't believe our eyes! Pepper and Lucy were coming right up to her and interacting with her. It meant so much to us because this was our first time leaving the girls alone for a couple of days and we were quite nervous. Bettina made the whole experience stress-free. We would highly recommend Bettina and will definitely book her again!

Bettina communicated perfectly about the cats, when she had watered the plants and when the cats were naughty and had dropped some stuff from the wardrobe. We felt relaxed and knew our cats had a good time. They were happy to see us end acted like we never went away.

Bettina is a rockstar! Can't recommend her enough. We were stressed about leaving our cat Effy because she's a sphynx so she needs a lot of extra love and attention- but Bettina went above and beyond and when we arrived back home I don't think Effy even noticed we left! lol! She sent tons of photos and updates and we can just tell Effy loves her. Plus she left our house sparkling clean. Looking forward to having her sit for us again :)

This was the second time I booked Bettina, as I was very satisfied by how she looked after our Paco in February. Nothing has changed: she updated us with daily photos and, as we run out of wet food, she even brought some from home at her expenses. A lovely girl, that I would definitely recommend.

Bettina was very sweet and gentle. As soon as she passed the door my little Sevro was already cuddling her, which is a good sign. I left complicated instructions to her but she managed perfectly and sent a lot of great pictures and videos every day. I recommend using her service, I know I will!

Bettina is really incredible! My kitty Hamish gets quite anxious when I have to leave him alone, but from their first meeting Bettina just totally put him at ease. She’s a clear cat-whisperer and just lovely to work with. When I got home from my trip, Hamish was totally calm and happy (plus my flat looked cleaner than I left it). Couldn’t give her a more confident five-star rating!
